　　十三日是泰国一年一度的传统“宋干节”新年节日。在这个炎热的夏季节日，以泼水为主要乐趣的泰国人都沉浸在优雅、和气的“清凉”快乐之中。

　　长达四天的节日长假，令曼谷的大街小巷人迹稀少，沿街的小商店家家大门紧闭，往日大把拥挤在曼谷的人们都早已往海边或乡下度假享受清闲，使得每天都车水马龙的道路显得宽敞顺畅了很多。有的只是在马路边三五成群手端水盆或紧握水枪、水龙头、时刻向路人泼水喷水的市民。

　　市中心的王家庭广场与考仙路今天热闹非凡，来自四面八方的男男女女，或手持水枪，或拎着水桶，互相淋洒，有些干脆开来卡车，运来一车水缸，见到行人就泼，几乎人人都成了“落汤鸡”，很多人的脸上、头上、衣服上被涂上石膏粉，快乐的笑声与淋漓的水交融在一起，写满每一个人的脸庞，流淌在曼谷的大街小巷里。

　　随行的当地华文报《亚洲日报》记者文先生告诉记者，宋干节是泰民族传统的“新年”，类似中国的春节，因而也是泰国一年中最热闹的节日。“宋干” 一词出于梵文，是“太阳运到白羊座”的意思，这一天刚好是四月十三日，也是泰国最炎热的季节和农闲季节，人们称为“宋干”。宋干节的主要礼仪有洒水、放生、斋僧行善等。

　　记者今天在王家庭广场看到，喜欢行善积德的泰国民众除沉浸在泼水的喜悦中外，还有不少人给过往的僧人赠送美味佳肴；有人则放生关在笼里的小鸟。在一些超级商场里或大型的公寓楼前都设置有佛像与水钵，让过往的人们给佛像洒水“浴佛”，以表示消除邪恶，祈求吉祥。

　　今年的宋干节，泰国政府在全国的十三个府举办“天下清凉联欢度宋干”盛会，让更多的海内外游客前来泰国参与泼水风俗和做善事，分享泰国一年一度的新年乐趣。

　　泰国政府还把四月十三日法定为“国家高龄人士日”，意为让年轻人按宋干节的传统习俗，在节日里携带鲜花、香烛、蔬果、浴巾到长辈家致礼、献赠，以表重视为国家和社会做出贡献的长辈或父母的劳苦功高。

　　每年的泰国宋干节期间，很多行业都从各种节庆祝活动中受益，出行游客的各方面消费支出都比去年增加。此间泰华农民研究中心预计，今年宋干节期间，泰国的国内旅游市场将创造一百亿泰铢的资金流量，同比增长百分之五点三，各种相关产业均能从中受益，尤其是旅馆、饭店、食品饮料店、娱乐中心、旅游景区、交通服务和纪念品店等。完
