青海柴达木盆地发现神奇“巨型”野生蘑菇

新华网西宁６月２１日电（王宏伟　骆晓飞）位于柴达木盆地腹地的青海省都兰县宗加镇哈西娃村，是一个方圆不足百里的草原小牧村。近年来，这个名不见经传的草原牧村却由于在其所辖的草场上，发现一种神奇的“巨型”野生蘑菇而出名。

这种野生蘑菇生长在草地下面，只能“挖”，不能“采”，不仅形体异常“庞
大”，而且味道鲜美，成为当地人款待宾朋、馈赠亲友的奇珍。

“以前从来没有见过这么大的蘑菇。”哈西娃村村长温国忠说，“最大的有锅盖那么大，重二三十斤，最小的也有拳头大小。”

在出产“巨形”野生蘑菇的草地现场，记者看到了这种蘑菇：刚刚挖出的新鲜蘑菇呈乳白色，形状饱满，肉质鲜嫩，散发着一股浓郁的清香。

生长这种野生蘑菇的草场是一片盐碱严重，仅稀疏分布着低矮的芦苇草的半荒漠型草场。大多区域的野生蘑菇都是偶有分布，但有一块面积３００多平方米、地势略高于周边草场的草坡，却密密麻麻布满了“蘑菇窝”。

温国忠说，这块草坡每到雨过天晴的时候，一窝一窝的巨大蘑菇就会破“草”而出，一次就能挖好几百斤。从２００３年发现到现在，这块草坡年年都能收获近万斤优质天然野生蘑菇，成了天然“蘑菇场”。

据了解，刚被发现时，巨型蘑菇分布的面积要比现在大得多，集中产蘑的草地也有多处，后来，一部分草场遭水淹之后就再也不长蘑菇了，而集中产蘑的“风水宝地”也仅剩目前这一处。

“今年我们要用围栏把这块‘宝地’保护起来，还要采集样品到省城找科学鉴定的部门去检测，另外还想组织村民进行普查，摸清资源量，争取有组织采集加工。” 温国忠说。
